island 1 Keswick Island Day 1 2

a better
way to live

Keswick Island is a rare beauty, untouched for centuries. Pristine beaches, virgin forest and vibrant coral support a thriving habitat.

Hundreds of birds, thousand-year old trees and rich oceans distinguish the island. A local bee population remains disease-free after decades of isolation. Whales and turtles annually migrate through Egremont Passage. Twin island, St Bees, has a flourishing koala colony.

Nothing to do but rediscover life's true pleasures.

Feel the breeze on your salted skin, let the sand gently graze your toes and enjoy the balmy Whitsunday climate. Walk in solitude and find a deserted beach. Snorkel from the shore. Read under the shade of swaying casurinas...and relax. Here there is space to simply think, love, laugh, breathe.

The adventurous can hike through ancient forest and picnic on remote sands. Fish from the rocks straight into deep seas or book a boat to take you offshore. Already halfway, the Great Barrier Reef’s famous dive spots are within easy reach.

Only a lucky few experience the privilege and challenges of sustaining the island. They take their task seriously. Keswick is home to a strong, connected community, supported by visitors who seek its natural pleasures. It truly is the treasured island.
