Impressive qualifications underpin Scott Munro’s broad expertise across all facets of the property industry. His experience affords him the wisdom and insight to bring a bigger vision to life.
Scott resolves issues and creates efficiencies, to realise golden opportunities. His goal is to set up solid infrastructure, so that projects run independently. This is particularly appropriate on Keswick Island which he regards as more community creation, than development.
"Our role on Keswick is to set everything up, then get out of the way. Keep the systems and process simple. And let the island speak for herself." - Scott Munro
Impressively accredited, Scott’s career spans all aspects of the property industry. A Licensed Stock & Station Agent, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Qualified Auctioneer, he is also an Associate of the Property Institute and holds a Diploma of Law from NSW Supreme Court, Solicitors Admission Board. Scott’s keen instincts and powerful negotiation skills have been finely honed through years of experience.
His career commenced in rural portfolios, as a Stock&Station cadet. Upon moving to Sydney he became a residential agent. He then transferred these skills to the commercial arena, moving into City Sales with Jones Lang Wootton. Over time he realised his broad skill-set could be better harnessed. CPS Global opened in 1992.

Edward Dawson Damer boasts an exceptionally qualified and varied career. He has both an MBA (Master Business Administration – Edinburgh University) and an MRE (Masters Real Estate – University of NSW).
Edward’s core objective for any development is to create a sense of connectivity and future purpose. He sees this as pivotal in Keswick Island’s development.
"Keswick is about community. Though different, we share a vision and common purpose. On an island you have to pull together. Everyone finds a place to belong." - Edward Dawson Damer
Exposed to the property business at an early age, Edward initially focused on a military career. His eight years service included two operational tours. During this time, Edward showed strong managerial instincts. His final post was commanding a Company of 150 men.
His clear decision-making, level head and negotiation skills then proved themselves commercially. Managing operations during the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games completed his two-year post as a Logistics Manager with the Sydney Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (SOCOG).
After the Games, Edward joined the Skelton Group, UK where he project managed significant developments. These included Shipton Quarry, Oxfordshire where he project managed development plans regenerating the brownfield site to accommodate 2500 residents, 70,000 sqm commercial space and provide intermodal transport; Carrington, Manchester where he led the Development Application for a 50,000 sqm industrial estate and Marchwood Industrial Estate, Southampton Water, a site revitalisation with a proposed 200 berth Marina and Maritime Museum.
Upon returning to Australia, Edward consulted to various groups including Macquarie Goodman and CPS Global where he met Director, Scott Munro. Not long after, the Group cemented their relationship on a joint property venture in Mackay, for which Edward was the project manager. His role in the Keswick Group expands on these responsibilities.
Edward’s interest in multi-purpose sites and benevolent tourism runs in the blood. His family business provides executive services to significant property and tourism investments. Keswick Developments’ Advisor, Kerry Smith, also guides Bamurru Plains, Northern Territory QLD, Sal Salis at Ningaloo Reef, WA and is a Director of Wilderness Australia.
The shared insights across these businesses provide invaluable direction to Keswick’s development. Edward’s thorough attention to detail, relentless energy and persuasive diplomacy provide ongoing impetus for Keswick Developments’ continued success.

Dugald Glasgow was born with a passion for property. It has held his eye throughout international travels, artistic forays and been the foundation stone of his career.
He credits his success in his ability to realise a property’s genuine value. Dugald sees through roughshod exteriors to the real strength and beauty of a place. Keswick Island is one such gem.
Dugald harnesses a rich family history on the land. His ancestors were some of the first settlers in Queensland and at one point were some of largest land-owners in Australia. Their holdings included properties such as Brunette Downs and now National Park, Lawn Hill Station.
Dugald inherited their love of adventure and a keen eye for property. After a short stint jackarooing in northern NSW and five years in construction, his property career accelerated over an impressive ten years with AMP.
There he managed properties such as Centrepoint, Goldfields House and Bondi Junction Plaza (now Westfield Bondi Junction). Under his direction, Centrepoint was one of the only properties in AMP’s portfolio to increase in value during the ’92 property recession. The combined value of properties under Dugald’s management was in excess of $500M. While there he furthered his credentials with qualifications in Building (Dip Building) and Valuation, (Ass Dip Bus (Val)) from The University of Technology, Sydney.
After a short Directorship with Richard Ellis (now CBRE) Dugald explored the emerging field of mobile phone network deployment. After an impressive performance on the Optus rollout, he and four others realised a gap in the market and established COMMPRO.
With five Directors, all leading experts in mobile phone network infrastructure, COMMPRO was a spectacular success. The team's first brief was to help rescue Cable & Wireless’ failed U.K network rollout. Fourteen months into a two year project, the original suppliers had just one of the required 900 stations built. Within three months COMMPRO had built 84 sites and within twelve months, 860.
From their initial success, COMMPRO delivered on similar network rollouts in Switzerland, Holland, the Czech Republic and the U.K. After selling the company in 2004, Dugald returned to Australia. He continues to contract to Vodafone while building his personal property portfolio.
To his investments, Dugald brings the same strength that brought him commercial success. He has proven a great ability in reviving distressed or underperforming assets, to realise the true value of a quality property. His keen eye distinguishes platinum opportunities, while his strong negotiation skills, relentless determination and charm make him an invaluable part of the Keswick team.
