The Directors of Keswick Developments P/L boast formidable histories in all facets of property planning and development. They have been involved in reclaiming brownfield sites, transforming neglected areas into prosperous tourist destinations, commercial and infrastructure site acquisition, town planning and property portfolio management.

A joint investment in central Mackay combined their experience and cemented their partnership. From there they turned their sights to Keswick Island. Dedication and persistence delivered them the parent leasehold of the island, and with it, great responsibility.

The Directors share a passion for untouched natural environments and sustainable developments. Their purpose-built collaboration, Keswick Developments P/L, was tailored to fit the exacting and unique requirements of this project.

Under intense scrutiny of their financial and managerial capabilities, the Queensland Government approved their custodianship. They are working closely with all stakeholders including environmental, planning and community groups, to realise a rewarding, long-term future.
