Chartered by Cook on his maiden voyage, Keswick has remained a well-kept secret. While the northern Whitsundays were being ruthlessly developed, Keswick was left in peace. She has retained a rugged, natural beauty.

Eighty percent (80%) National Park, for a time Keswick seemed almost inaccessible. But the island has recently come under the management of a new group, Keswick Developments Pty Ltd. While working to preserve her pristine environment, they are sensitively creating access so all can appreciate and enjoy Keswick’s natural splendour.
